Look for this exact phrase under your room name on the confirmation email — it tells you which policy applies. Note: Stay & Save / Non-Refundable rates are only offered on Two Bedroom Chalets, Two Bedroom Chalet (Upgraded), Three Bedroom Chalets, and Cedar Cabins — not on caravan/camper/motorhome/unpowered sites.
The room/site name shown on your confirmation email.
The "Grand Total" figure under "Booking Summary" on your confirmation email — the full price of your stay including extras and surcharge. (Not "Accommodation" or "Subtotal" — those exclude the surcharge.)
The "Total" figure under "Payment Summary" on your confirmation email — what's actually been charged to your card so far. This is often less than the Grand Total if you still have an outstanding balance.
