Terms and Conditions
1. Prices and Taxes: All rates are subject to applicable local taxes and charges, which are calculated and added at checkout. Prices are dynamic and may change based on factors such as the time of booking and the season. GST is included in the rates quoted. One car is included with each booking, and additional vehicles will incur a $20 charge per vehicle.
2. Payment and Terms at Check-in/Check-out.
1. Deposit: A 50% deposit or the cost of one night’s stay (whichever is higher) is required for standard rates if the arrival date is more than 7 days away. We will attempt to charge the balance 8 days prior to arrival on the card provided during booking. If the card fails, you will have 24 hours to process the payment. Failure to pay within this timeframe will result in cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of any amounts paid. For non-refundable rates, full payment is required at the time of booking.
2. No-Show: If you do not arrive on your scheduled check-in date, the full booking amount will be charged.
3. Credit Card or Debit Card Fees: All card payments will incur a non-refundable surcharge of 2% of the total transaction value.
3. Security Bond:
1. Cabin Accommodations: A security bond will be charged for all cabin accommodations. The bond amount will be $100 during the summer months (October-May) and $300 during the winter months (June-September). The bond refund will be processed within 7-14 days, depending on your bank.
2. The bond will not be refunded if damages occur, the accommodation is left in an unsatisfactory state, or any park rules are violated.
4. Cancellation and Amendment Policy:
1. Standard Rates: 15+ Days Before Arrival: 10% of the total booking amount (or one night’s stay, whichever is higher) will be retained. The balance will be refunded to the original payment method.
2. 8-14 Days Before Arrival: 50% of the total booking amount or one night’s stay, whichever is higher, will be retained, with the remaining balance refunded.
3. Within 7 Days of Arrival: The full booking amount is non-refundable.
4. Non-refundable Rates: No refunds are available.
5. Early Departures: No refunds for early departures.

5. Traveling with Minors: Guests aged 2 to 15 are classified as children. Infants under the age of 2 stay free of charge, but are still counted as occupants for the room or camping site’s occupancy limit.
6. Accessibility or Special Needs: We offer accessibility accommodations upon request. Please inform us in advance if special needs or assistance are required during your stay.
7. Parking: One vehicle is allowed per booking. Extra vehicles may be accepted with an additional $20 parking charge. Please notify us in advance for arrangements.
8. Health, Safety, and Hygiene: We are committed to providing a COVID-safe environment. Guests are required to adhere to all health and safety protocols during their stay. Non-compliance may result in additional charges or removal from the premises.
9. Check-In and Check-Out:
1. Check-in: Begins at 3:00 PM.
2. Check-out: Is by 10:00 AM. Failure to check out by 10:00 AM will result in a day charge. If the check-out is delayed beyond midday and availability allows, the booking will be extended for an additional night. If no availability exists, guests will be asked to vacate but will still be charged for the additional day.
10. Firewood and Fire Policy: Fires are only permitted in designated fire pits. We ask guests to please support the park by purchasing firewood from Reception. Creating new fire pits is prohibited, and fires should only be made in the designated areas. Collecting and burning timber from the National Park is against the law, and fines apply for violations.
11. Damage and Responsibility: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property. The security bond will be withheld if any damage is discovered after check-out.
12. CCTV and Security: CCTV cameras are used in public areas for guest safety. By staying with us, you consent to being monitored. We are not responsible for incidents outside our control.
13. Right of Removal: We reserve the right to remove any guest from the property for failure to comply with these terms, without a refund.
14. Site Preferences: While we do our best to honor your site or cabin preferences, we cannot guarantee specific locations. We may need to relocate bookings in exceptional circumstances.
15. Lost Property: If you leave something behind, we’ll store it securely for a short period. Unclaimed items will be disposed of or donated. Perishable items are discarded on the day of check-out. You can collect lost items in person with valid ID, or we can arrange postage at your expense.
16. Liability for Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to your personal belongings during your stay. Please use the in-room safe if provided or store valuables securely.
17. Occupancy and Guests: Each accommodation type has a maximum occupancy limit. If your guest count changes, please inform us in advance. Exceeding the occupancy limit without notice may result in additional charges.
18. Pets and Smoking: We do not allow pets on the property. Smoking is prohibited inside all buildings and communal areas. A $300 cleaning fee will apply if you smoke indoors.
19. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be considerate of other guests. Disturbances during quiet hours may result in eviction without a refund.
20. Guest Behavior and Conduct: Any behavior that jeopardizes the comfort, safety, or well-being of others, such as harassment, discrimination, or excessive noise, may result in immediate eviction without a refund.
21. Reservation Transfer: Reservations are non-transferable without prior approval. The person who made the booking must be the one staying unless we’ve agreed otherwise.
22. Changes to Terms: These terms and conditions may be updated or modified at any time. Guests are encouraged to review them regularly.
